1935 DENGENSHA CO., LTD. was founded. (Capital fund: 100 thousand yen)
1940Opened Nakano Plant
1951The former company was dissolved. DENGENSHA MFG. CO., LTD. was established and capital fund was increased to 6 million yen.
1952General agency contract was signed with Marubeni-Iida Co., Ltd (now Marubeni Corporation)
1958Capital fund increased to 24 million yen

1960

1960Capital fund increased to 30 million yen
1961Head Office function and Plant was relocated from Nakano Plant to Noborito, Kawasaki-shi
1962Capital fund increased to 80 million yen
1965Capital fund increased to 128 million yen
1967Opened Aichi Plant
1969Relocated the head office factory from Noborito, Kawasaki City to Ikuta (current location)
