- Direct setting of welding current and time, which was not possible with conventional capacitor welding, is possible.
- The input is as low as that of an arc welding machine, and the size of the capacitor box is 1/3 that of the conventional type, which saves space.
- Adopted pressurization system combining cam follower type roller guide rams and follower springs
- High frame rigidity ensures high accuracy even with large electrode force
- Welding current is stable at constant current control
- The energization time is controlled in ms (1/1000 sec) units, and current waveforms such as DC/AC, two-stage energization, and pattern energization are freely available.
- Clean welding finish without thermal deformation by energization of extremely short time and large current
- Equipped with forge force function, energization starts direct reading of electrode force with the load cell.
- Electrode force can be measured by the load cell and digitally displayed.
- We will respond according to the customer's specifications.

- These welders can weld parts of sintered metal and parts of different kinds of metal together, such as iron with brss.
- Your old equipment for lelctron beam, laser beam, and arc-welding can be replaced with there machines to cut costs in parts and shorten cycle time.
- Welding with less distortion and discoloration is possible because the current discharged from the capacitor is passed through the transformer to the workpiece in a short time
- In the case of a portal frame, the transformer is placed on both sides to balance the current and to cancel the electromagnetic force.

Features
- There projection welders are suited for applications that requires large currentsn and high precision.
- A larger current can be flowed than single phase AC. Three-phase balanced load reduces the load on power source. The flicker phenomenon can be greatly reduces.
- Since there is almost no reactance drop on the secondary side, high output and uniform welding with little scattering are possible.
- Pressurized cylinders are diaphragm-type depending on the model, making them extremely responsive.
